Hi Everyone- I hope you all had a nice weekend! Here are some updates for the week. Please note that Wednesday, 10/18 is a half day.
A2- We spent time reviewing for your Middle Ages test which will be on Wednesday. Your study guides will also be due on Wednesday. Friday we will begin our unit on the Renaissance.
A3- We will spend time today and Wednesday reviewing for your Middle Ages test. This test will be on Friday, 10/20.
B1- Tomorrow we will go over another guided notes worksheet which you will need to complete for homework. Then we will take notes on the growth of royal powers during the Middle Ages.
B3- Tomorrow you will have a reading check on ch. 8 sec. 3 and then you will have the rest of class to work on your Crusades Ad. This will be due at the end of class on Thursday.
The Freshmen BBQ will be on Thursday, 10/19 at 2:30pm. Come and enjoy free food and games with you friends. We will end around 4pm so students can take the late buses home.

Continuing the Middle Ages
Hi Everyone- I hope you all had a nice long weekend. Here are some updates for the week and some announcements.
Announcements:
- Please keep in mind that we are about halfway through the first term. Make sure that you are checking Aspen frequently and talk to your teachers if you have questions.
- Tomorrow the Yellow Team will be going on a field trip to UMass Dartmouth. When you come to school tomorrow head straight to the cafeteria. You are not allowed to have any bags on the bus. You will eat lunch at UMass Dartmouth.
Updates:
A2- I will not see you until Thursday and it will be a shortened period due to the pep rally. On Thursday we will spend time discussing the Black Death. This will be the last lesson in the Middle Ages unit. On Monday, 10/16 we will review for your Middle Ages test and then you will be tested on Wednesday, 10/18. Please keep in mind that your Middle Ages study guides will be due on Wednesday, 10/18.

The Crusades
Hi Everyone- I hope you are having a good week! Here are some announcements and your updates for the week.
Announcements:
- Please make sure that you get your permissions slips in for the field trip to UMass Dartmouth to Mrs. Evans by Thursday, 10/5. The field trip will take place on Wednesday, 10/11.
-Open House is Thursday, 10/5 from 7-9pm. A schedule should have been mailed home. If you did not receive one please contact the Main Office.
-There is no school for students on Friday, 10/6 and there is no school on Monday, 10/9.
-Pep Rally will be on Thursday, 10/12. The Homecoming game is Friday, 10/13. The Homecoming Dance is Saturday, 10/14 from 7-10pm. Tickets are on sale this week. Tickets will NOT be sold at the door and no one will be allowed into the dance without a ticket.
