Industrial Revolution

Hi Everyone-  I hope you have recovered and settled down from mid-term week and that your new classes are going well.  Here are your updates for the week.

A2- Monday we started the Industrial Revolution.  We will continue with the Urban Game today. Please remember that your 2020 Artifact is due on Friday, 1/27.

Approaching Mid-Year Exams and End of Term

Hi Everyone-  I hope you all had a nice weekend and a good Monday.  I have some announcements for you and then your updates for this week.

Announcements:
-Below is the school wide exam schedule
Friday, 1/13 B4 and B3 Exams
Monday, 1/16 No School, Martin Luther King Jr. Day
Tuesday, 1/17 A1 and A2 Exams
Wednesday, 1/18 B1 and B2 Exams
Thursday, 1/19 A4 and A3 Exams, Half Day
Friday, 1/20 Exam Make-Up Day

- It is VERY important that you are in attendance for all exams.

- Term 2 ends on Friday, 1/20.  Please make sure that you are checking Aspen and are talking to your teachers if you have any questions or concerns.

Updates:

A2- Today you will be writing the in-class DBQ on the French Revolution.  Thursday we will spend the class reviewing for you mid-term.

A3- Today we will be finish the notes on the French Revolution.  Thursday you will be writing the in-class DBQ on the French Revolution.

B2-  Tomorrow you will be writing the in-class DBQ on the French Revolution.  Friday we will spend the the class reviewing for your exam.  Please be mindful that your FR timeline is due on Friday, 1/13

B3- Your exam is Friday.  Next week you will have class time to work on the FR timeline.  This will be due on Friday, 1/20.  This is the last day of the term and I can not collect any late timelines.

French Revolution

Hi Everyone!  I hope you all had a nice vacation and happy new year! Here are some announcements and updates for the week.

Announcements:
1. Term 2 ends on Friday, 1/20.  Please make sure you are checking your grades and talking with your teachers if you have issues or questions.
2. Mid-year Exams start on Friday, 1/13 and go until Thursday, 1/19.

Updates:
A2-  Today we will finish up notes on the French Revolution and we will be starting a video on the French Revolution.  In the near future you will be working on a DBQ and a timeline project.

A3- Today we will be discussing absolute monarchies and then we will start taking notes on the Enlightenment.

B2- Yesterday you had the first 20mins of class to work on your Enlightenment comic strip.  Please be mindful that these are due on Thursday, 1/5.  We also started notes on the French Revolution.  We will finish these on Thursday.

B3- Yesterday we started notes on the French Revolution.  We should finish these notes on Thursday and then we will be starting a video on the French Revolution.
