Hi Everyone! I hope you all had a great weekend! Here are your updates for the week. Please remember that Friday, 12/16 is the mid point of term 2.
A2- Today we continued discussing ideas of the Enlightenment Thinkers. We will finish this on Thursday and then we are moving into the French Revolution.
A3- Today we discussed the Columbian Exchange. We will continue discussing Christopher Columbus on Thursday. Please remember that you have a quiz on Exploration on Thursday. You should know where North America, South America, Europe, Africa, and Asia are. You will also want to study your Explorers in Brief WS and your notes on the Columbian Exchange.
B2- Yesterday we discussed different types of government. We will continue this tomorrow and then we will be discussing Absolutism. Please be mindful that you have a reading check on Ch. 16 Sec. 2 tomorrow, 12/14.
B3- Yesterday we discussed different types of government. For homework you should create symbols for each government system that will help you remember what they are. We will start discussing Absolutism tomorrow, 12/14.

Exploration to Enlightenment
Hi Everyone- I hope you all had a nice weekend! We are three weeks out from vacation. Please be mindful that mid-term is next Friday, 12/16. This is a pretty choppy term so please make sure you are staying on top of your school work. Here are some updates for the week.
A2- Today we are going to discuss government systems and then we will get into the Enlightenment.
A3- Today we are going to review for your test on Ch. 13. Your test will be on Wednesday, 12/7. Make sure you are completing your study guide.
B2- Tuesday we will continue discussing the explorer's routes and then we will be discussing the Colombian Exchange. Later this week you will be determining if Columbus was a hero or a villain.
