Church, Crusades, and Black Death

Hi Everyone-  I hope you are all having a good week.  Here are some updates for the rest of this week and into next week.

A2-  Today you had time in class to work on your crusades ads.  These will be due at the beginning of class on Friday.  Friday we will discuss the black death and then we will be reviewing for your test that will be on Tuesday, 10/3.

A3-  Today you started working on your crusades ad.  You will also have time in class on Friday to work on it and then we are going to be moving on to politics during the Middle Ages.  Next week we will get into the black death and we will start reviewing for you test which will be the end of next week.

B2-  Tomorrow you will have time in class to work on your crusades ad.  Then we will be moving onto politics during the Middle Ages. Please be mindful that by the end of next week you will be tested on the Middle Ages.

Kingdoms and Cathedrals

Hi Everyone-  I hope you all had a nice weekend and this week is treating you well so far.  I just wanted to let you know of a few announcements and give you updates for class.

Announcements:
-Tomorrow, Wednesday, 9/21 is a half-day for students.  It will run as a B1 day.  Students will be dismissed at 11:05 to go home.

- Friday, 9/23 is picture day.

Updates:
A2- Today you finished your kingdoms and presented them.  Then we started discussing the medieval church and its importance. Please be mindful that you have a reading check on Ch. 7 Sec. 3 on Thursday, 9/22.

A3- Today you finished up your kingdoms.  They will be presented on Thursday.  Then we started discussing the medieval church and its importance.

B2- Yesterday you worked to finish your kingdoms.  I will give you a few minutes tomorrow to work on these and then we will start presenting.  After presentations we'll be moving on to the medieval church and its importance.

Early Middle Ages

Hi Everyone!  I hope you all had a nice weekend!  This is our first full week back to school...make it a good one! Here are your updates for the week.

A2-  Today, Ms. Saba came in to talk to you about the transition from middle school to high school. Later this week we will continue our work on the Middle Ages (MA), in particular feudalism.  You will be working to create your own kingdoms.  Please remember that your SPRITE Quiz will be Wednesday, 9/14.  Also remember that you should be working on your MA study guides.  These will be due the day of your MA test.

Getting back into it! Starting the Middle Ages

Hi Everyone-  I hope you are all having a good start to the 2016-2017 school year.  Here are some updates and announcements.
