Hi Everyone! I hope you all had a nice vacation. We are in the last stretch of the school year...I can't believe it! Here are you updates for the week.
A2- Yesterday we started our unit on Imperialism. We will continue this Wednesday by analyzing imperial motives. You will have a reading check on Ch. 24 Sec.1 on Wednesday. Friday we will be moving onto imperialism in Africa.
A3- Yesterday was the presentation given by Chris Herren. I hope you all found some value from that. It was very powerful. Wednesday we will be starting our unit on Imperialism by discussing imperial motives. We will continue this on Friday. You will have homework that is due on Friday.
B1- Today we started our unit on Imperialism. We will continue this on Thursday by analyzing imperial motives. You will have a reading check Thursday on Ch. 24 Sec. 1.

Week Before Vacation
Hi Everyone- I hope you had a nice weekend and your week is going well so far. April Vacation is right around the corner. Just a reminder, you should have gotten your report cards this past Friday, 4/8.
Here are your updates for the week.
A2- Today we worked more on your DBQ on the Industrial Revolution. You will be writing this in class on Thursday. Please remember that your cities are due Thursday, 4/14.

Ending the Industrial Revolution
Hi Everyone- I hope you all had a nice weekend and the start of your week is going well. Here are some announcements and updates for the week.
**Term 3 report cards will go home on Friday, 4/8.
**Tomorrow, 4/6 is a half day.
A2- Today we played "The Urban Game" to help you get a better understanding of how cities got built up during the Industrial Revolution. You will have an extension activity that will go along with this. Later this week we will be finishing up the Industrial Revolution and you will be writing a DBQ.
