Causes of World War I

Hi Everyone!  I hope you all had a good week.  Here are some updates for next week.

A2- We spent this week working on your research papers.  Your rough drafts were due on Thursday.  We will be starting World War I on Monday by discussing the causes.

A3- Yesterday we started World War I by discussing the causes of the war.  Monday we will continuing on with World War I.

B1- We started World War I on Wednesday by discussing the causes of the war.  We will continue with World War I on Tuesday.  I have pushed the due date for your Gandhi Writing Assignment to Thursday, 5/17.  You will also have your "MAINS" Quiz on Thursday, 5/17.

Imperialism

Hi Everyone!  I hope you all had a enjoyable and restful vacation.  We are in the final stretch now.  Here are your updates for the week.

A2- Tomorrow we will continue looking at and analyzing the motives for imperialism.  Please note that your note cards for your research paper will be checked tomorrow.

B1- Today we started our unit on Imperialism.  We will be looking at the motives for imperialism throughout the week.  Please be mindful that your Industrial Revolution test has changed.  Wednesday you will receive the test and it will now be a take-home test.  Also, your city project is due on Friday, 4/27.

A2 Research Papers

Just a reminder for A2- please make sure you are checking Google Classroom for updates on your research paper.  Your thesis statement is due on Friday, 4/13.   Also due this week are you city projects (Wed. 4/11) and your IR Study Guides (Fri. 4/13). 

Finishing Up the Industrial Revolution

Hi Everyone!
I hope you all had a nice week.  Here are some announcements for you and your updates for next week.

- Please know that term 3 officially ended today, 4/6.  Report cards will go home on Friday, 4/13.

- Next Wednesday, 4/11, is a half day and vacation starts Friday, 4/13.

A2- Monday we will be in the library so that you can work on your research papers.  Wednesday and Friday we will be back in the classroom starting our unit on Imperialism.  Please remember your City Planning project is due Wed. 4/11 and your IR Study Guide is due on Friday, 4/13.

A3-  Monday we will start our unit on Imperialism.

B1 and B3-
Tuesday we will be looking at some of the effects of the Industrial Revolution.

Start of the Industrial Revolution

Hi Everyone!  I hope you all had a nice vacation!  Here are some updates for the week.

French Revolution

Hi Everyone-  I hope you all had a nice weekend.  We are about a week into term 3.  Look to this time as a fresh start!  Here are your updates for the week.  We are about halfway through the French Revolution.

Scientific Revolution

Hi Everyone! I hope you all had a nice Thanksgiving!  We have four full weeks until our next vacation.  Here are you updates.

A2- Today you will finish up working on your presentations for the Scientific Revolution.  On Thursday we will start with presentations.  After we finish presentations we will start a new unit on Exploration.

A3- Today you continued preparing your presentations on the Scientific Revolution.  We will continue working on these for the next few classes.
